We're looking for a Sous Chef! The ideal candidate is: • Currently Sous Chef at 3 rosette level or above & Michelin star experienced. • Passionate for culinary excellence, disciplined and has an excellent eye for detail. This role offers: • Competitive salary (£49,120.00 per year) • uniforms provided and laundered • share of the tips • the opportunity to live in a beautiful part of the world • Inexpensive staff accommodation (relative to Jersey, CI) • use of world class ingredients Responsibilities • Maintain excellent hygiene and HACCP standards across all food platforms. • Assist in the daily running of the kitchens. • You will assist the Head Chef in providing the highest level of food quality and presentation, excellent hygiene standards and a pleasant work environment. • Assist the Head chef with providing training and professional development opportunities for all kitchen staff Qualifications • 4+ years of culinary or kitchen experience (at 3 rosette or above) • Michelin Star experience is essential. • You must have the right to work in the UK. • Fluent in English and easy to communicate with. • Food hygiene level 2 & Allergen training Job Type: Full-time
