Qui sommes-nous ?

Our Story/ Notre Histoire At Parfait Paris, everything begins with a simple belief: "Fait Maison Avec Amour" — Made from Scratch with Love. Founded in 2014 by French husband-and-wife team Guillaume and Ludi, Parfait Paris was born from a passion for sharing authentic French baking, hospitality, and craftsmanship with Southern California. What started at local farmers markets quickly grew into the opening of our first family-owned Pâtisserie & Boulangerie in San Diego's historic Gaslamp Quarter. More than a decade later, thanks to the support of our loyal guests and communities, Parfait Paris has grown to nine locations, with a tenth location soon opening between San Diego and Orange County. While we have expanded, our mission remains unchanged: bringing people together through exceptional food, genuine hospitality, and the French Art de Vivre. As a family-led business, Guillaume and Ludi remain dedicated to the values that inspired Parfait Paris from the beginning. Every croissant, pastry, macaron, dessert, and savory dish is crafted from scratch using high-quality ingredients and, whenever possible, locally sourced products. We believe that great food starts with great ingredients, and that every recipe should be made with care, attention, and love. Today, Parfait Paris is known for its award-winning pastries, desserts, and macarons, but what truly defines us is our commitment to creating memorable experiences around the table. Whether you're stopping in for your morning coffee, sharing a meal with family and friends, or celebrating life's special moments, we invite you to experience a little taste of France and the warmth of our family tradition. Bienvenue chez Parfait Paris where everything is Fait Maison Avec Amour — Made from Scratch with Love Since 2014. ❤️🇫🇷
