The Role As F&B Operations Manager, you will oversee the seamless running of all food and beverage outlets within the castle — including fine dining restaurants, bars, banqueting, and private events. You will ensure the highest standards of service, consistency, and guest satisfaction, while inspiring and developing your team to deliver exceptional experiences. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across all F&B outlets, including restaurant, bar, in-room dining, banquets, and events. Ensure service excellence in line with 5-star luxury standards. Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team to achieve operational and service goals. Work closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team to ensure outstanding food quality and presentation. Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth. Oversee stock control, purchasing, and supplier relationships. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Act as a visible presence on the floor, engaging with guests to enhance their dining experience. Requirements Proven experience as an F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in a luxury 4/5-star hotel or fine dining environment. Strong leadership and team development skills. Excellent knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and guest expectations in a luxury setting. Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and cost controls. Exceptional communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Passion for delivering world-class guest experiences.
