What You’ll Do +Build the kitchen’s success from the ground up: layout, menu development, supplier relationships, and recipe cost-control systems. +Lead, train, and inspire your team to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes aligned with our unique standards and SOPs. +Ensure smooth kitchen operations with strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations. (HACCP) +Collaborate with management to design and launch creative seasonal dishes. +Stay on top of global culinary trends to bring fresh, unforgettable experiences to our guests.
