Trois chefs français remportent des Scottish Chefs Award |
Martin Wishart, 1 étoile
Michelin à Edimbourg (Ecosse) a été nommé Chef de l’année lors de la
10ème cérémonie des Scottish Chef Awards qui réunissait 320 chefs
Radisson Hotel de Glasgow le 7 mai dernier. Parmi les autres gagnants, 3
français se sont vus récompensés : Loic Lefebvre chef à l’Abstract
(Inverness) a remporté l’award du meilleur nouveau restaurant de l’année
; Didier Dejean du restaurant Silver Darling (Aberdeen) a remporté le
‘City chef of the year’ et Philippe Avril du Glenleven Inn (Kilbarchan)
a reçu le ‘Gastro Pub chef’ award. zzz99

Three French chefs have won Scottish Chef awards

The Michelin-starred Edinburgh
chef Martin Wishart was named Scottish Chef of the Year at the 10th
annual Scottish Chef Awards gala dinner held at the Radisson Hotel in
Glasgow on 7 May. Among the other winners were three French chefs: Loic
Lefebvre of Abstract in Inverness won New Restaurant of the Year, Didier
Dejean of Silver Darling in Aberdeen was named City Chef of the Year and
Philippe Avril of Glenleven Inn in Kilbarchan won the Gastro Pub Chef
award. The dinner was attended by 320 chefs. zzz99 |
