Experience in 1or 2 star Michelin in Europe for at least 2 years as chef de partie or above with a classical background. The candidate will have to be mature, worked with south Asian staff would be a plus, will be in charge of the Pastry quality throughout the resort. Little administration skills are required. Strong people's skills and leadership is a must. The candidate will be heavily involved with the current training program in the hotel.
Fully manage own kitchen to meet all quality, hygiene & operating standards with understanding of HACCP.
Excellent technical culinary skills required, hands on position

Strong culinary trainer
Experience bakery would be a plus.

The hotel is a resort with 3 hotels. The residence & Spa Leading hotel of the World, 50 rooms one restaurant opened 7 days a week, 3 meals and one bar with morning and afternoon tea, and room service. A brigade of 15 chefs with its own pastry/bakery.
The Palace 270 rooms four restaurants, The Arabian Court 180 rooms, three restaurants.
18 F&B outlets overall, kitchen brigade of 160 chefs excluding the stewarding.
Salary around $ 4500 net tax free plus single expat package. (Wife or partner can come at their own expense)
