Pastry Chef – db Bistro Moderne Singapore
The Dinex Group, the restaurant Group of Chef Daniel Boulud, is seeking a full time PASTRY CHEF (h/f) for the soon to open db Bistro Moderne Singapore at the Marina Bay Sands.
Modeled after the highly acclaimed db Bistro Moderne in New York City, the Singapore location will be a modern French-American bistro with a menu reflecting the traditions of French cuisine, the changing seasons and a focus on the simplicity of fine ingredients.
The ideal candidate has at least three years experience ideally in a French dining setting. Fluency in English is required.
