- Experience in working for non-traditional F&B group in French is an extreme asset.
- Sound execution of food cost controls.
- Self motivated, independent and determined individual with excellent multi-tasking and inter-personal skills.

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the daily operation.
- Maintain a soomth running of the operations in accordance with the pre-developed policies and procedures.
- Coordinating activities between teams (kitchen, dining room) to ensure customers feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times.
- Monitoring the operational performance and leading our shop to achieve the targets in terms of sales revenue, profitability, customer service standard, staff quality, etc...
- Developing training materials and conducting staff training, when necessary.
- Control inventory stock at a reasonable level and the cost of food and expenses to meet the maximum profit.
- Investigating and monitoring customer feedback about food quality or service.

Gunther’s – Modern French Cuisine is looking for a m/f Chef de Rang/ Headwaiter who has a minimum of 2 years of fine dining experience in 5 stars hotels or Michelin Stars awarded restaurants.

Qualifications/Education and Experience required:

• Hotel School Degree or an equivalent Diploma/Degree.
• Training certifications and/or seminars which enhance your F&B knowledge base.
• Have working experience in Asia is highly preferred.
• Wine Diploma, Sommelier or others type of Wine courses.
• Excellent knowledge of written & spoken English. The knowledge of at least another European language (preferably French) will be considered highly preferential.
• Good knowledge in MS Office, Windows and POS systems
