We are looking for an intern to assist the Sales Managers and Events Managers on their daily missions which include (but are not limited to): Operations (80%): Support our team on Catering events / Ensure good preparation of event logistics / Assist Chefs and Event Managers on site. This really is a great opportunity to discover some of the most luxurious places in Hong Kong Sales (10%): Assist the Sales Managers with their selling strategy for Corporates and Private Clients: preparing quotations for clients, negotiating the pricing, closing deals and overseeing the smooth preparation and running of events Customer Management (10%): Ensure the proper functioning of Customer relationships, follow-up with clients, and development of recurring food orders We are looking for someone curious, adaptable, with a strong interest in food. Profile & Skills: B2 English Level minimum. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Good communication and teamwork skills. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Benefits: 9 000 HKD monthly + daily duty meal
