Your role (f/m) :
As Executive Chef you are creative and proficient in all aspects of food handling, responsible for planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities. Your mission is to design gourmet, on-trend cuisine that will delight the taste buds of our guests. You will prioritize cuisine that is fresh, healthy and environmentally friendly.
•Proven working experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef
•Excellent record of kitchen management
•Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
•Capable of delegating multiple tasks
•Communication and leadership skills
•Constantly improve a professional working environment
•Manage and plan kitchen organization and kitchen staff
•Monitor food stock and place orders
•Culinary school diploma preferred
